Terms of Sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Nova Peptide Solutions LLC (“Nova”) are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not for human or animal consumption. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and agree to our Research Use Policy to purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that products will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

3. Orders and refusal of service

Nova may refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe products may be used for purposes other than laboratory research.

4. Certificates of analysis

Each batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. The certificate of analysis for a batch is matched to the batch number on the vial.

5. Limitation of liability

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products.
